Nestled in a former Parisian mansion, in a green and quiet setting, our guest rooms are comfortable and spacious.
Inspired by the history of Paris, their decorations are unique.

BREAKFAST
The typically Parisian breakfast is plentiful
and included in the service.
Served in the dining room, we offer
coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, fruit juice,
homemade bread, a traditional baguette, a pastry
(croissant, chocolate bread or raisin bread…),
a homemade yogurt, a plate of fresh fruit,
jams and butter.

I was in Paris for many times, but this time I loved it most. The interior of the big apartment with the typical french style is very cozy and you feel instantly at home! I had a flower job to manage and they both, Anne Claude and Pascal were understanding and very helpful to support me.
The bed in our room was comfortable and hmmm, the breakfast, all home made frenchstyle, fruits, yogurt, fresh croissants, good coffee, well, all perfect for a good start to Paris!!
Did I say the location is excellent for its near the station? just 5 minutes from Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord!
So definetly, we will come back soon.

Anne Claude and Pascal are wonderful. They went above and beyond to assure that our stay was perfect.
Anne Claude and Pascal’s home is in a courtyard hidden from the bustling street. It is literally steps from the metro.
Once you are settled in, you feel as if you own an old world Parisian villa. You have a spacious and beautifully appointed sitting room. Then you have your own private room, which is meticulously clean, with an up-to-date bathroom and comfortable adjustable bed.
Breakfast is in Anne Claude and Pascal’s own kitchen, which is also beautifully decorated. You will be served plated fresh fruit, amazingly creamy homemade yogurt, homemade bread and butter, baguettes, jams, specialty pastry of the day, juice and coffee. Delicious! and with soft Parisian music in the background.
You get much more than you pay for at the home of Anne Claude and Pascal. You will be pampered, have a quiet and peaceful place to rest, eat wonderful food, and never want to leave. Personally, we cannot wait to go back.

If you are looking for an outstanding B&B experience in Paris, this is the place. Anne-Claude and Pascal (and their daughter) are absolutely out of this world, doing everything to make their guests feel at home (and better than this, actually). Breakfast is 4* hotel one, flat and bedroom are amazing. Location is lively and convenient to access city center via PT. Flat is very quiet. Unique in Paris.
